A New Beginning
Have you experienced a time when you knew you wanted a new beginning, either when you were starting out or starting over? What shifted for you? And then what happened?
Today is a day you might've celebrated a new life, a fresh beginning, or sacred gratitude for the redemption that came to us by God's grace. I am so grateful for these opportunities when something within us is transformed, renewed, and reborn. Our human experience meets divine intervention in these moments, and what almost seems like a modern miracle happens.
As I gather more birthdays, I can reflect on my life and recognize the times I needed a fresh start. Those days, you're determined to change, and just like that, life gives you a winning chance to deal with what no longer serves you. One thing that had to change was my mindset and negative thought patterns. Negative memories seem to stick like velcro by default, and positive ones slide off our minds like Teflon. How's that right? Attention to my thoughts helps me reverse this -especially compounded with gratitude.
Life is a tapestry of experiences, and every new beginning offers us another chance, new dreams, hopes, standards and aspirations.
What if this new beginning leads you to a whole new you? A different way of thinking about yourself and others? A more creative way of doing things? A life where you enjoy yourself more, take time to celebrate your successes, and find joy even amidst difficulties? What if you could be proud of your scars and wear them honorably because they show your grit and God's grace, reminding you of his constant faithfulness in your life?
The Good Book says that Jesus came to give us a full and abundant life. Are you living in that space? Do you believe you can live with joy, fulfillment, peace, great relationships, health, success, and self-acceptance? Or have you half given up on yourself?
It's meaningful to recognize that the power of resurrection is not just a story but a timeless truth that indwells our very souls. You, too, have the innate ability to rise, transform, and emerge stronger from life's challenges and trials. To see life as a new beginning.
This inner resurrection calls us to let go of the old, embrace the new, and seek purpose with courage, clarity, and conviction.
Every new beginning is an invitation to let God breathe life into your dreams and to embody the resilience and strength He's given you to live a life you’re proud of. Live your new beginning with gratitude; -it weaves the fabric of which memories, experiences, and emotions are made.
May the resurrection guide your path to purpose, growth, and a meaningful life.
All my best to you,
